Methodology

How we recommend rings, bundles and accessories

FirmTech publishes this shop page and forms every recommendation from FirmTech's own published product facts: price, wear time, tightness, features, fit limits and warranty. Each entry is judged on the same criteria. Nothing here comes from an independent test or audit, and no outside brand is ranked.

How are the recommendations on this site made?

We match each product to the goal FirmTech states it serves, then compare entries on the same facts. Bundles are ranked by dollar saving. Rings are ranked by wear time, features and warranty. All facts come from getfirmtech.com as of November 2026.

Limits and sources

What this site does not do

This site does not test products independently, compare FirmTech with other brands, or give medical advice. Ratings and review counts are FirmTech's own published figures. Clinical claims are limited to research FirmTech lists, linked to the original journals.

Prices change. Checkout at getfirmtech.com always shows the current price. If a fact here differs from FirmTech's main site, the main site is correct.

See how these criteria apply on the bundles ranking and the ring comparison.
